RETURNs & REFUNDs

Welcome to CyberbotCJ.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, consultations, or digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Return and Refund Policy (“Refund or Return”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Due to the customized and time-based nature of marketing and consulting services, all sales are final.

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as outlined in the agreed Scope of Work
  • A material error occurred on the provider’s side that could not be corrected
  • A duplicate payment was processed in error

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
  • Results not meeting personal or business goals
  • Platform algorithm changes or third-party platform actions
  • Services already rendered or partially rendered
  • Failure to provide required client materials or approvals in a timely manner

TIMEFRAME TO REQUEST REVIEW

Any refund request or service dispute must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the relevant billing date or delivery milestone. Requests submitted outside this window will not be reviewed.

PROCESS TO REQUEST A REVIEW

To initiate a refund review, the client must:

  1. Submit a written request via the official contact method listed on the website
  2. Include the client name, service package, invoice number, and a clear explanation of the concern
  3. Allow reasonable time for review and response

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

REFUND DETERMINATION

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds may be partial or full, at the sole discretion of Cyberbot CJ
  • Any work already completed, time allocated, or resources used will be deducted
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

If services have already begun, setup fees, strategy development, and time-based work are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment processor. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.

CHARGEBACKS

Failure to provide timely notice may result in the next billing cycle being charged in full.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Suspension of access to work product
  • Documentation provided to the payment processor

Clients agree to contact Cyberbot CJ directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to filing a chargeback.
